Do I Need an Attorney or Real Estate Agent to Buy or Sell Land?

Generally, no, you don’t need a lawyer or real estate agent to buy or sell real estate, but it is strongly recommended that the title of the property is professionally reviewed by a title company or a real estate attorney who is familiar with the local laws.
